The role involves managing early-stage collections, helping members resolve delinquency through various financial solutions, and maintaining quality interactions in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities
Contact delinquent members to cure delinquency using all available payment options and loss mitigation tools
Provide financial counseling and offer solutions such as repayment plans, promises-to-pay, loan modifications, refinances, and deferral programs
Gather and analyze financial information to determine the best resolution for members
Document all interactions, arrangements, and reasons for delinquency in the collection system
Communicate professionally and empathetically while overcoming objections
Qualification
Required
Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Ability to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls using an auto-dialer
Focus on early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)
Ability to help members resolve delinquency before moving to mid or late-stage collections
Expect to handle 80–120+ calls per day
Emphasis on quality interactions, problem-solving, and working accounts effectively
Ability to contact delinquent members to cure delinquency using all available payment options and loss mitigation tools
Provide financial counseling and offer solutions such as repayment plans, promises-to-pay, loan modifications, refinances, and deferral programs
Gather and analyze financial information to determine the best resolution for members
Document all interactions, arrangements, and reasons for delinquency in the collection system
Communicate professionally and empathetically while overcoming objections
Availability to work Monday–Friday and 3 Saturdays per month
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite (8 days per month required) and moving to 3 days per week in April 2026
Willingness to undergo training for the first 4 weeks in a hybrid format
Ability to participate in nesting for up to 4 weeks onsite for technical training and phone etiquette
