Responsibilities
Support partners and senior attorneys through all phases of civil and consumer-related litigation
Assist with case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on substantive and procedural issues
Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney handling civil litigation matters
Admission to the California State Bar (California Bar required)
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset
