Responsibilities

Provide expert consulting services in areas such as cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

Manage comprehensive tax compliance and advisory projects for both individual and business clients

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled team members to ensure exceptional service delivery

Review accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced finance engagements to maintain accuracy and compliance

Identify and implement improvements to processes and expand advisory service offerings

Offer guidance to clients on entity structuring, growth strategies, transactions, and business planning

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements

Contribute to business development efforts and participate in firm leadership initiatives

Required

Proven expertise in annual income tax provisions and corporate tax return preparation

Proficiency in tools such as CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax software

Strong knowledge of entity formation and tax compliance processes

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals

Experience in consulting services and providing strategic financial advice

Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients

Advanced client management capabilities to oversee multiple engagements

Strong communication and analytical skills to deliver high-quality advisory services
