The Prototype CNC/EDM Specialist is responsible for supporting the Toolroom and Manufacturing by creating fixtures, prototypes, or samples of potential new products for customers.

Responsibilities

Assists with new product development for samples, prototypes and tooling

Works with weld fixtures, pin gauges, one-hit dimple dies, and other welding support

Operates machines as needed

Design tooling and fixtures utilizing CAD-CAM/Solidworks software

Operate CNC and EDM machines to support the Tool Room and Manufacturing needs

Support other tooling projects as needed
