Responsibilities

Deliver technology training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats

Provide one on one and small group coaching for attorneys and staff

Support firmwide onboarding and new hire technology training

Create and maintain training materials, guides, and e learning content

Partner closely with IT teams and other trainers to ensure consistent delivery

Support day to day technology usage through training and knowledge sharing
