Proficient communication, collaboration, and public speaking skills
Knowledge and passion for youth activism, community engagement, and social justice causes
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with residency or availability to work in Miami, FL
Preferred
Experience in advocacy, public relations, or event planning is a plus
Background in nonprofit leadership, education, activism, or related fields is advantageous
