Responsibilities
Lead and develop the electrical engineering team, setting technical direction, standards, and priorities
Serve as the subject matter expert across power electronics, passive components, and EMI/EMC filtering
Own electrical hardware design from concept through qualification, including analysis, schematics, and verification testing
Support production readiness through collaboration with manufacturing, configuration control, and quality teams
Work cross-functionally and directly with customers to translate requirements into robust, compliant technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in electrical engineering with strong, hands-on design capability
Deep expertise in EMI/EMC, power electronics, passive networks, and aerospace-grade hardware
Proficiency in schematic capture, simulation, component selection, derating, and electrical analysis
Proven experience building, testing, and debugging prototypes using standard laboratory equipment
Familiarity with aerospace qualification standards and quality frameworks, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams
