Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join their Repair Department. The role involves coordinating repair orders to ensure timely turnaround and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround

Maintain open and closed repair order files

Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order

Track and expedite repair orders

Responsible for vendor pre-approval process

Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base

Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system

All other duties as assigned by Manager
