Responsibilities
Sourcing: proactively under the guidance of an existing TA strategy (social media, job posting, outreach, professional networks)
Screening and Interviews: review resumes, pre quality calls, manage process
Candidate experience: ensure positive and meaningful processes
Scheduling: coordinate all phone screens, team meeting and on-site interviews
ATS System : end to end management of the process
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in TA with a biotech, pharma and/or med device company
Proficient in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in talent solution platforms
MUST be able to work on site in Warren NJ OFFICE 3 DAYS a week
Preferred
Bachelor's or equivalent in Human resources
