Responsibilities
Support the design, modeling, and analysis of systems and core components for advanced reactor technologies
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to solve complex problems across thermal-hydraulic performance, core neutronics, reactor physics, safety analysis, and computational code development
Contribute to the design, licensing, and deployment of next-generation MMRs
Qualification
Required
Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
8–10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: thermal-hydraulic analysis, CFD, core design, reactor physics, probabilistic risk assessment (PRA), or nuclear code/software development
Experience with tools such as RELAP5, TRACE, STAR-CCM+, MCNP, SCALE, OpenFOAM, or similar
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and nuclear industry standards
