This role involves providing exceptional end-user support, managing device deployments, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal supervision
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, including assigning SSO groups and Intune app deployment groups
Provide support for Office 365 applications and services, including troubleshooting and configuration
Administer and support Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) for device compliance and application deployment
Document all work and resolutions in a ticketing system (SysAid experience preferred, but any ticketing tool is acceptable)
Support Windows Autopilot deployments for new devices, ensuring proper imaging and configuration
Provide Citrix support for virtual desktop environments, including troubleshooting connectivity and application issues
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune MDM, and Autopilot deployments
Familiarity with Citrix environments and remote support tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience documenting work in ticketing systems such as SysAid, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
