Responsibilities

Create innovative 3D designs for exhibition booths, branding zones, and event environments
Translate event concepts into photorealistic renders and walkthroughs
Collaborate with the creative and content team to align visuals with event themes
Convert 3D designs into technical production drawings
Work with booth fabricators, printers, and production teams to bring designs to life
Ensure feasibility of structures, correct dimensions, and proper material usage
Track booth build progress, quality check designs during fabrication
Coordinate with regional vendors across MENA, Asia, and Africa for timely execution
Maintain consistency of branding, color schemes, and layout plans for global events
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in booth design, lighting, and experiential tech
Suggest design enhancements and technology integrations to elevate event impact
Balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget in all designs

Required

3–6+ years of experience in exhibition booth design / 3D visual design / event production
Proficient in tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of material specs, fabrication methods, and event setup logistics
Exceptional attention to detail, spatial planning, and brand experience
Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones with tight deadlines
