The role involves handling phone, email, and chat support, troubleshooting issues for end users, and providing hardware support in person.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide primarily phone support, email and chat
Handling fixes over the phone
Remote into machines
Password resets
Taking about 30-35 calls, chats, emails daily to troubleshoot issues for end users
Support hardware in person
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Service Desk
Experience with ServiceNow & Intune
3-5 years Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11
