They are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician responsible for executing field service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on potable water systems.

Responsibilities
Understanding of electrical systems both instrumentation and power circuits. Understanding of plumbing systems and components. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Basic water testing and water chemistry
Install, configure, and test systems at customer locations according to specifications and procedures
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on existing equipment and systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues on-site
Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed
Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Respond promptly to service calls and customer requests
Follow all safety protocols and procedures when working on-site
Qualification
Required
Experience in a field service environment
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of field service operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer software and systems related to field service operations. Specifically spreadsheet and google documents
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
Preferred
Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
Applicants who have water treatment or distribution or plumbing experience and or technical experience will have an advantage
Applicants with less experience but an enthusiasm to learn should apply
