Responsibilities
Take ownership of major distributed systems components, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
Work on distributed execution runtimes for ephemeral AI workloads
Develop low-latency control planes and coordination services
Handle scheduling, isolation, and resource management
Optimize systems across compute, network, and storage
Contribute to and maintain key open-source projects
Qualification
Required
8+ years in distributed systems or low-level infrastructure
Startup experience building a product or outside of your work, side projects that are related to your passion for technology
Strong experience with Go, Rust, or C++
Solid understanding of concurrency, networking, and distributed algorithms
Experience with large-scale systems and production reliability
Comfortable working in open-source environments
