Business Development Manager
Scent Central is an established international scent marketing and commercial fragrance business entering the US market. They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to open the first US territory, establish customer relationships, and help shape the business in America.

Responsibilities
Opening doors with multi-site commercial clients (gyms, hospitality groups, healthcare, corporate facilities)
Prospecting, pitching, and closing new business
Establishing early customer relationships and reference accounts
Feeding market intelligence directly to the founder
Helping define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B hunter (not account management)
Experience selling services or solutions, not commodities
Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this like your own territory
Preferred
Strong local network preferred
