They are seeking a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to perform hands-on migrations from Windows 10 to Windows 11, provide deskside support, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including:
Backing up and restoring user data
Installing and configuring Windows 11
Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility
Validating successful migration and user acceptance
Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates
Provide deskside support for post-migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies
Qualification
Required
Documented experience working with Windows 10/11
Strong customer service and communication skills in a clinical or enterprise environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT) and remote support platforms is a plus
