Mortgage Customer Service Representative

Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues
Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor
Document everything clearly in our claims system
Make outbound calls when needed
Qualification
Required
Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
1 year of call center experience
Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35+ WPM)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Reliable transportation
