Madam Glam is a New York City based, vegan and cruelty-free gel polish brand offering a wide range of nail and gel polishes. The B2B Business Development Manager will be responsible for building relationships, attending trade shows, and turning leads into long-term partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow B2B relationships (salons, distributors, wholesalers, professional accounts)
Represent Madam Glam at international trade shows, fairs, and industry events
Identify new B2B opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support B2B initiatives
Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts with a long-term relationship mindset
Provide market feedback and insights from the field to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of nail care and products
Preferred
Experience in retail or beauty sales is a plus
