Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable automation processes for endpoint systems to accommodate organizational growth and evolving requirements
Create, test, and deploy PowerShell and batch scripts for software installation and updates, including both proprietary and third-party applications
Establish and maintain procedures to verify proper software and settings installation during endpoint replacements or initial setups
Design and execute redundancy strategies to ensure system reliability and minimize disruptions
Collaborate in the development and enhancement of information and operational support systems
Qualify and manage store-level software, including evaluating changes to third-party vendor applications
Build scripts, programs, and tools to optimize system efficiency and reduce manual interventions for repetitive tasks
Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and batch scripting
Demonstrated experience with automation processes and tools, including creating automated test and deployment scripts
Strong understanding of endpoint systems management, including software updates and system settings
Familiarity with Intune and other system administration platforms
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex systems to develop effective solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams
Experience with system analysis and operational support systems
Capacity to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
