Lead operations while promoting our Purpose and Core Values
Collaborate with business development to grow client relationships and revenue
Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and schedules under tight deadlines
Oversee projects to ensure safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
Develop and refine operational and estimating processes to support growth
Build and maintain strong subcontractor partnerships for timely project completion
Support company initiatives including travel, marketing, and emergency response during peak demand
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with Xactimate
Proven experience in estimating, project management, and operations leadership
Strong ability to drive business growth while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Familiarity with estimating software and cost analysis tools
