Responsibilities
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our clients and the Portfolio Management team to ensure the delivery of superior service
Work closely with the PM team to prioritize and manage workflow efficiency
Efficiently manage incoming client requests, identifying priorities and ensuring tasks are promptly and accurately addressed by the relevant department
Enter and update client information in our databases and systems, maintaining data accuracy
Review and audit data to guarantee precision and reliability, providing necessary data and reports to team members as required
Facilitate the coordination of client and prospect meetings, assist in preparations for the meetings and business trips, develop proposals for potential clients, and actively participate in client meetings
Illustrate competence in utilizing Order Management Software, displaying the ability to execute portfolio rebalancing in tandem with Portfolio Managers
Engage in effective communication with our trading desk regarding equity and fixed-income trades
Qualification
Required
A propensity to follow through and ensure that tasks have been completed in a timely manner
The ability to handle competing priorities with grace and composure
A desire to serve clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
2 – 5 years of investment management experience
A true interest in the investment profession
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred
CFA Or CFP preferred, or working towards accreditation
Experience with Client Relationship Software and Morningstar suite of products
A sense of humor
