Answer incoming calls promptly and with attention to detail, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented first impression
Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
Support office operations by assisting with administrative duties as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
Proficiency in basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Familiarity with office equipment and technology
