Director, Business Operations and Technology
tvScientific is the first and only CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. They are seeking a Director of Business Operations and Technology to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and support business intelligence and insights.

Responsibilities
Champion the design and implementation of the data warehouse in collaboration with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams
Drive the transition from Snowflake and Workato to scalable, DE-supported pipelines
Lead the evaluation and adoption of a new BI tool to replace Looker/Looker Studio, ensuring it aligns with company growth projections
Work with stakeholders to define and centralize business KPIs for reporting and decision-making
Oversee credit risk vendor integration and improvements to internal Salesforce workflows for customer onboarding
Enhance contract management capabilities (e.g., MSA, NDA, DPA, IO) in Salesforce and enforce these systems in conjunction with the “Kill the Pacing Doc” initiative
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to complete the Paylocity-Salesforce-NetSuite integration
Drive enforcement of daily spend limits in collaboration with FinOps and ensure operational compliance with budget controls
Re-enable and test prospect auto-invite automation, ensuring a seamless engagement experience
Develop a framework for variable monetization to optimize customer fees for maximum company margin
Coordinate with FinOps and PMM teams to execute the Stripe Credit Card processing integration and associated PCI compliance training
Translate alpha testing insights into technical requirements for General Availability (GA) launches (e.g., “Kill the Pacing Doc” initiative)
Oversee data migration efforts for legacy data (e.g., 2023/2024 customers) during system upgrades
Act as a business stakeholder in prioritization discussions, authoring PRDs and driving cross-functional alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business operations, technology implementation, or project management roles
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and data warehouse design
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and advanced workflow automation
Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Stripe, NetSuite) and PCI compliance requirements
Knowledge of contract management systems and enforcement processes
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams
Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and solving operational bottlenecks
Strong negotiation and vendor management experience for system evaluations and transitions
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Workato, or similar data integration platforms
Familiarity with DE pipelines and scalable BI tool migrations
Background in customer spend management and monetization strategies
Master's degree or MBA
