Responsibilities
Leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions
Utilize state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system
Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to reset the showroom floor
Ability to assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience
Focus on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions
Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system

High energy and enthusiasm
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs
Preferred
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages
