New Grad, Entry LevelComplete Eye Care Inc. is looking for an outgoing Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
Greet all patients upon arrival, confirming identity and completing check-in process
Collect co-payments and balances
Answer multi-line phones in a timely manner, assisting patients with questions and scheduling appointments
Assures all patients have active eligibility and referrals when needed
Manage two way texting
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in medical software and other computer programs
Ability to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented environment
Covid-19 Vaccine required
Preferred
Medical office experience
Knowledge of Medicare, Commercial plans, Worker's Comp, Vision Plans, Verification and Eligibility
