Responsibilities
Schedule residential/commercial jobs within spreadsheet for the crews & coordinate with customers
Send production emails and call customers to keep them informed
Start jobs with the crews to ensure scope of work understanding
Solve customer complaints within 7 days & have ability to perform touch-ups
Organize job folders to have ready and lead the weekly production meeting
Recruiting, Hiring, Training and on-going management and development of CertaPro Painters Job-site supervisors and crews
Ensure that crews are producing jobs on or above gross margin standards
Responsible for collecting on all accounts receivable
Ensure that crews are meeting expectations set forth with customers regarding hours of work, customer needs, and communication (who, how, and when)
Learn selling process and software to fill in for sales associates and service some territory as needed
Maximize scheduling of jobs to reach production goals
Review all contracts to ensure accuracy and details make sense prior to Friday production meetings
Job cost each job with labor and expenses within google sheet
Execute change orders as needed and facilitate job starts/closeouts
Ensure crews are compliant with OSHA and EPA standards
Provide estimates to customers as needed based on seasonal demand
Join networking group to help push company sales goals
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
High level of integrity and character
Great teammate mindset with a positive attitude
Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals
Work in a fast pace environment
Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Ability to speak Spanish is highly valued
