Responsibilities
Integrate Genesys Cloud platform with backend systems AND other mission critical applications
Program custom Genesys Flows and Integrations
Code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
Integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction, streamline business processes, integrating systems & business flows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Genesys Cloud CX development and integration
Terraform
AWS experience
Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or similar
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JavaScript
Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline automation
Knowledge of AI tools, including Genesys AI CoPilot
Preferred
ANY Backend Development language is PREFERRED: Python, Scripting language, C#, .NET, or Java
CERTIFICATIONS are preferred but not required
