WENCOR is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join their team. This role is critical in supporting the Engineering Department through hands-on repair work on aircraft subcomponents, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Disassemble, clean, repair, reassemble, and test aircraft subcomponents in accordance with OEM and FAA-approved data

Record, analyze and maintain accurate repair and test data

Perform calculations and estimates based on gathered data

Report findings and recommendations to the engineering department

Use dimensional tools to ensure compliance with specifications

Read and interpret technical data

Ensure all work is performed with exceptional attention to detail in compliance with safety and quality standards
