Responsibilities

As the primary Tier 1 support for our clients, you'll be the first point of contact for technical assistance
You'll work with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, clear documentation, accurate time tracking, and attention to metrics will help keep everything running smoothly

Required

Intermediate understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems

Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
