The Senior Regulatory Analyst will assist with oversight of the Technology and Equipment for Clean Heating Initiative and contribute to policy development in the Building Decarbonization Proceeding, focusing on decarbonizing buildings and achieving climate change goals.

Responsibilities

Assist with the oversight of the Technology and Equipment for Clean Heating (TECH) Initiative and other incentive programs aimed at decarbonizing buildings
Contribute to policy development in the CPUC's Building Decarbonization Proceeding (R.19-01-011)
Provide regulatory oversight for large energy programs
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Develop technical research and oversee evaluation studies
Lead meetings and provide presentations
Achieve the state's goals of addressing climate change through building electrification

Required

Eligibility for the classification(s)
Experience related to public utilities and/or transportation in the areas of economics, finance, or policy
Ability to conduct technical, economic, financial and/or policy research and analysis
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and establish and maintain cooperative and positive working relationships
Completion of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
Submission of a resume
Submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
