Responsibilities

Analyze various documents including leases, contracts, and title documentation to summarize company ownership and obligations

Set up leases and other agreements in PakLand according to client processes and guidelines, using system QCs and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity

Associate leases / agreements to their appropriate well and unit relationships

Manage eCal payments, general and expiration obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payments and system updates

Other duties as assigned

Required

3-5 years of experience with leases, title opinions and state statutes are required

Must have strong analytical skills and proven high level of attention to detail

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to use sound judgement to determine priority of projects and to keep several projects moving forward simultaneously

Team Oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills

You are motivated and a self-starter

You have great written and oral communication skills – phone and email
