Responsibilities
Manage construction projects in the Aviation Group at airports in the U.S
Oversee new terminal buildings, support facilities, tenant improvements, and equipment upgrades
Coordinate vendor build-outs and airline-specific construction activities such as branding and signage, gate relocations, and ticketing configurations
Work collaboratively with project managers, project engineers, and superintendents across over 100 airports
Develop cost-effective solutions for clients within regulatory frameworks
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree in any field or equivalent field experience
Ten or more solid years of construction management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to/affinity for travel up to 75% of the time
PM on at least one project $50m+ from start to finish
Preferred

has ability to balance numerous responsibilities
is energized by successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of design and construction, in many different cities, working with lots of stakeholders
