Lead CIP-related business development, including scoping, costing, and responding to RFPs
Serve as the CIP subject matter expert in client engagements, winning new commercial opportunities
Develop and implement NERC & CIP compliance programs, tools, and processes across multiple sites
Oversee the execution of CIP projects, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and commercial performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
Proven NERC/CIP knowledge, with a wealth of experience in the power generation/utilities industry
Must have business development experience and the ability to hit the ground running
Proven leadership background, managing teams, programs, or complex compliance projects
