Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings

Write and argue dispositive and procedural motions

Take and defend depositions

Manage matters through all phases of employment litigation

Handle complex wage and hour, class action, and representative action matters

Required

3+ years of employment litigation experience

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
