Sales Leader
The Rivet Group is a well-established B2B services organization, and they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a growing sales team. This role involves developing high-performing teams, refining sales processes, and driving accountability to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of business development reps, sales executives, and account executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Develop and implement sales training programs, playbooks, call scripts, and best practices
Drive a culture of accountability through clear expectations, KPIs, and consistent coaching
Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy
Partner with senior leadership to refine sales strategy and uncover new revenue opportunities
Align closely with marketing and client success to strengthen pipeline quality and customer engagement
Improve CRM utilization, sales processes, and team efficiency
Represent the company at industry events (25–30% travel)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading or coaching a sales team
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong background in sales training, coaching, and performance management
Skilled in CRM tools and sales automation platforms (Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategy
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
