HR Compliance and Reporting Manager
SoCode Recruitment is partnering with a global organization that is enhancing its HR governance and compliance capabilities. The HR Compliance and Reporting Manager will own and evolve HR compliance frameworks, ensuring processes meet public-company standards and leading HR audit readiness and regulatory engagement.
Responsibilities
Owning and evolving global HR compliance frameworks
Ensuring HR processes meet SOX and public-company standards
Leading ongoing HR audit readiness and regulatory engagement
Governing workforce and DEI data used in external reporting (SEC / ESG / Board)
Strengthening HR data integrity and audit defensibility
Owning the HR policy lifecycle, including governance and version control
Building scalable controls to support continued growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in a public company or IPO-ready environment
Direct ownership of HR compliance and audit readiness
Exposure to SOX-controlled HR processes
Experience with workforce or DEI reporting used externally
Strong judgement around HR data integrity and risk
Confidence partnering with Legal, Finance, and senior HR leaders
Hands-on experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
Preferred
Backgrounds in HR Compliance, HR Operations, People Operations, Governance, or Human Capital Reporting tend to be a strong fit
