VIP Account Manager

They are seeking a VIP Account Manager responsible for attracting, retaining, and engaging high-value players within their online gaming platform, providing personalized experiences and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Prospect, engage with, and onboard new potential VIP level players
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new potential VIPs through digital and in-person networking
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective execution of department initiatives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value prospects, showcasing the company's value proposition and tailored solutions
Assist in establishing new, creative acquisition initiatives
Mentor and help train less-senior members of the team
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to New Jersey
3-5 years of exceeding quotas in a 'closer' role
Must be able to pivot on demand and have creative problem-solving skills in unique situations
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to catch prospects' attention with cold outreach
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate
Preferred
Experience within the gaming, sports, and entertainment industries strongly preferred
Strong understanding of the gaming industry and VIP objectives strongly preferred
Existing relationships with potential VIP clients is a plus
Someone who is excited about building a team from the ground-up
