Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent communication skills are MUST
More than 2 years of recent experience with a healthcare payer organization
Strong knowledge of healthcare analytics and standard reporting measures
Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Experience managing and querying SQL databases
Ability to document business requirements and processes according to industry standards and best practices
