Regional Scheduling Coordinator - Studio City
FirstSteps for Kids is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for children with autism and related learning differences. The Regional Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that therapy schedules are effectively managed to meet the needs of clients, working closely with clinical teams and caregivers to optimize treatment sessions.

Responsibilities
Regularly meeting with our on-site Clinic Director to understand the needs and treatment recommendations of all new and current clients
Confirming treatment session availability for both our clinical team members and our clients
Working with our Client Service Director to ensure that our clients' contracted/funded treatment hours are fulfilled each week
Building, monitoring, and updating new and current client treatment schedules to ensure they are individualized to the specific needs of our clients and maximize our clinical team's availability
Communicating all treatment schedule changes to both our clinical team and the caregivers of our clients
Forecasting and planning to ensure our clients receive substitute clinicians when assigned team members are ill or have pre-planned time-off
Assisting our People & Purpose Department to ensure our team members have access their requisite breaks, rest periods, and overtime
Maintaining confidentiality by following HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines
Qualification
Required
