Event Operations Coordinator - Contract
Hyve Group plc connects global industry communities through unmissable events and online networking platforms. They are seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to manage registration, sponsorship deliverables, and event logistics.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day registration approvals and incoming requests
Monitor the registration system and complete regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain and respond to the registration inbox, escalating issues when necessary
Update and maintain internal systems to accurately reflect sponsorship packages, booth allocations, and onsite deliverables
Ensure all sponsor and exhibitor entitlements are correctly recorded, tracked, and communicated to the relevant internal teams
Support the operations team in fulfilling onsite deliverables
Manage office and event orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery
Provide ad hoc operational support across the wider events team as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years of event or customer service experience
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and collaborative
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable using event platforms, databases, or CRM systems
Ability to work independently while balancing priorities between two managers
Professional and customer-focused in all communications
Availability to work hybrid up to 3 days in the office
