Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, IP address inventories, and configuration records
Support network security measures, including patch management and access control monitoring
Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and improvements
