Prepare coverage opinions related to liability and property coverages
Litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters
Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
Draft discovery materials and dispositive motions
Attend and participate in depositions as required
Qualification
Required
Experience preparing insurance coverage opinions preferred
Litigation experience involving coverage and bad faith matters beneficial
Admission to the state bar in good standing
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage responsibility and deadlines efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to litigation
