Responsibilities

Manage finance operations for a portfolio of clients: understand and abide by contract conditions, make sure billings go out on time and correctly, coordinate collections with support from account services, coordinate payment to vendors upon collections from clients. Overall financial Point of Contact for all Financial affairs of the client(s)

Prepare monthly/quarterly results packages and review with Finance management and Account teams

Work with regional controllers as needed for revenue recognition and internal/external audit preparation

Assist with monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, and explain variances in revenue results vs forecast

Review monthly client budgets and actuals with interdepartmental team members to verify billing, revenue recognition, under-servicing/over-servicing of client plans

Manage billing lifecycle including invoice creation, collections, payment application and vendor payment

Prepare month-end revenue calculations and journal entries for respective clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in a client finance role having regular exposure to financial concepts such as revenue recognition, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable

Strong organizational and time management skills prioritizing the workload of regular deliverables and ad-hoc requests

Self-reliant and able to manage time and deadlines independently with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proactive with identification of root cause and implementing corrective action

Must be a creative thinker and a motivator
