Sr ServiceNow Platform Engineer
FUSTIS LLC is seeking a driven Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer with experience managing the ServiceNow platform. The role involves spearheading configuration management, troubleshooting, application development, and streamlining integration with other systems.

Deploying applications and code to various ServiceNow instances leveraging various methodologies
Configuring clone profiled and scheduling clones
Building custom apps
Integration Hub and custom SRAPI
Creating custom applications
Developing integration with external systems
Enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel
Coordinating with implementation partners, IT managers, internal stakeholders, and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
Managing tickets
Communicating via email
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Qualification
Required
An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT field and 6+ years of experience
CSA and CAD certifications required
Release Management Experience (deploying applications and code to various ServiceNow instances leveraging various methodologies to do so)
Clone Experience (experience configuring clone profiled and scheduling clones)
Strong ServiceNow development experience (building custom apps)
Integration experience (Integration Hub and custom SRAPI)
5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel
Experience as a technical resource on development and O&M engagements at customer sites
Knowledge coordinating with implementation partners, IT managers, internal stakeholders, and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
An understanding of managing tickets, communicating via email, and working knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred
Experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified Application Developer
Experience in working with Web and Scripting Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, Java, Apache Tomcat, JavaScript)
Experience in integrating on-premises and cloud-based 3rd party systems with ServiceNow; specifically, existing solutions developed using Microsoft SharePoint and Javascript
An understanding key organizational and process maturity framework such as ITIL and CMMI; specifically, as they relate to the ServiceNow Management applications: Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management
A CompTIA Security+ Certification
