Conduct and support False Claims Act and Qui Tam investigations
Assist with internal investigations involving alleged health care fraud
Manage discovery and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and achieve client goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of complex litigation experience involving government enforcement or related white-collar matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and organization
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Professionalism when working with demanding and sophisticated clients
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess regulatory and enforcement risks
Preferred
Experience with False Claims Act litigation preferred
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
