Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
Provide post-implementation support and training
Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with best practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE)
Strong understanding of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
Experience with data migration, integration tools, and Azure services
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
ERP (Dynamics AX, NAV or GP modules) experience is needed along with Dynamics CRM
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus
