Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain the Genesys Cloud platform

Architect and design integrations with internally developed AI apps

Build and maintain APIs and automation solutions

Troubleshoot production issues with internal teams and external vendors

Develop comprehensive technical documentation and job aids

Identify & implement improvements to enhance platform performance and reliability

Communicate system changes and updates to IT leaders and business stakeholders

Plan and execute feature deployments, enhancements, and updates

Support business partners in long-term contact center technology strategy

Ensure uptime and reliability across a 24/7 contact center environment

Required

Extensive, hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud

5+ years of software development experience (API, RESTful integration, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience building or maintaining technical documentation and job aids

Familiarity with contact center operations and related technologies

Understanding of project management methodologies

IT admin experience with Aspect/Alvaria, Intradiem, or similar WFM systems

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience supporting 24/7 enterprise platforms

Background in contact center or enterprise-level support environments
