Responsibilities

Lead the syndication and distribution process for fund finance transactions, from initial sponsor engagement through to final risk placement with institutional investors

Develop and execute innovative structures across fund finance products (NAV lending, subscription lines, ABL, etc.) to expand distribution channels

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, rating agencies, risk teams, and sales throughout the deal lifecycle

Prepare credit memos, marketing materials, and investor presentations to support transaction execution

Partner with the firm's affiliated asset manager to raise LP capital for fund finance investments

Contribute to the development and refinement of analytical tools and models used across the Fund Finance platform

Produce reporting and presentations for internal credit committees and senior management

Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with credit documentation and deal structuring is a plus

Fluency in English required
