Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end copy approval process within Veeva and related systems, including submission, tracking, revisions, and resubmission as needed
Identify marketing claims, attach appropriate substantiation, and ensure submissions meet compliance requirements
Proactively coordinate with copy owners to align on timelines, required revisions, and deliverable expectations
Schedule and facilitate meetings with Veeva approvers and marketing managers to resolve blockers and progress deliverables
Track project status, maintain clear documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Serve as a subject-matter resource for copy approval workflows and best practices
Maintain accountability for assigned tasks, timelines, and objectives while managing multiple projects concurrently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related fields
Proficient in Veeva
Proven experience managing projects, tracking milestones, and providing clear status reporting
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or program management
